Our Commitment to Fairness
At Iqra Wartqi, we are guided by the Islamic principles of justice and fairness in all our dealings. This Refund & Cancellation Policy reflects our commitment to treating all students with equity while maintaining the sustainability of our educational mission.
Refund Eligibility
7-Day Grace Period
Refunds are allowed within 7 days of enrollment provided that:
- The student has not attended more than 2 live sessions.
- The student has not accessed most of the course materials.
- The request is made in good faith.
After 7-Day Period
After 7 days from enrollment, all fees are non-refundable. This allows us to maintain course quality and compensate our instructors fairly.
Course Cancellation by Us
If a course is cancelled by Iqra Wartqi due to technical difficulties, instructor emergency, or insufficient enrollment, students will receive:
- A full refund of course fees, OR
- The option to transfer to another suitable course.
Processing Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days and will be made to the original payment method used during enrollment.
